Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Super Rhibs mobile application ("App"), provided to you by Super Rhibs ("Company"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the App, including all features, content, and services available through the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into these Terms. If you are accessing or using the App on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2. App Description

The Super RHIBs App is designed to provide a platform for the community of RHIB (Rigid-Hulled Inflatable Boat) owners to access articles, video reviews, blogs, and marketplace features related to RHIBs and associated activities.

3. User Accounts

a. In order to access certain features of the App, such as the marketplace, users may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

c. You may not use the account, username, or password of another user at any time or disclose your password to any third party. You agree to exit from your account at the end of each session and to take appropriate steps to ensure the security of your account at all times.

4. Use of Content

a. The content provided through the App, including but not limited to articles, video reviews, blogs, and marketplace listings, is for informational purposes only. The Company does not endorse, guarantee, or warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content available through the App.

b. You may access and view the content available through the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use the content for any other purpose without the prior written consent of the Company.

c. You agree not to use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, infringes upon the rights of others, or is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Marketplace

a. The marketplace feature of the App allows users to buy and sell RHIB-related products and services. Users are solely responsible for the transactions conducted through the marketplace, including the accuracy of product listings, the quality of products, and the fulfillment of orders.

b. The Company does not guarantee the availability, quality, or legality of any products or services listed in the marketplace, nor does it endorse any sellers or buyers. Users are encouraged to exercise caution and conduct their own due diligence before engaging in any transactions through the marketplace.

6. Intellectual Property

a. The content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed or made available through the App are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

b. You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works of any content or intellectual property without the prior written consent of the Company or the respective rights holder.

7. Privacy

a. Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

a. THE APP AND ALL CONTENT, FEATURES, AND SERVICES AVAILABLE THROUGH THE APP ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

a. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP OR ANY CONTENT, FEATURES, OR SERVICES AVAILABLE THROUGH THE APP.

10. Indemnification

a. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or any violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

a. These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the App shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.
